Community

We are keen to connect with the community and make therapy more accessible however we can. We offer a limited number of low-cost and pay-what-you-can sessions, and try to be flexible where needed to make the logistics of therapy easier.

We are interested in making connections with local organisations, other professionals and individuals, with the aim of offering therapy to people within the community who might find accessing therapy challenging. This might include (but is not limited to) mobility or health issues, perceived social stigma, or financial pressure.

We have members in our therapy team who have specific experience working with varied issues and client groups, including (but not limited to): neurodiversity, abuse, grief, addiction, the prison system.

We would like to start the conversation. Please feel free to contact us at:

When I look at the world I’m pessimistic, but when I look at people I am optimistic.
